Hole problems
It's a sturdy basin, but, like other reviewers have mentioned, the hub hole is too small and it's not aligned with the basin hole.

Quality basin, required some modification.
Similar to G Plumbing's review, I had to adapt the 4" inlet. The PVC coupler (rtv and bolted to basin" was out of alignment with the basin hole. Used rotary tool to accomplish and able to utilize a 4" to 4" fernco (fits snug into 5" OD of coupler) plus silicone to seal.
Quality basin with some minor QC issues that delayed installation ~ 2 hours. The coupler and basin are tough, and appear to use glass fiber reinforcement as trimming was not 'easy'.
Overall very pleased, minus setbacks.

Nice Basin, but
Well thought out sump basin, stainless screws, heavy duty metal lid, tie seals for vent and discharge. 4" inlet was way too small. Having to recut the inlet left some voids around the pipe, hopefully the hood around the inlet will prevent dirt infiltration as there was no way to get caulking in around the pipe.

Very good quality
Used the Zoeller 31-0091 sewage basin to house an ejection pump for a basement bathroom which was below the main sewer trunk. The basin was very good quality.

Q: how far from bottom of tank is 4" inlet?

Verified Reply- SupplyHouse StaffHi Jerry, thanks for writing in. The length from the inlet to the bottom of the basin is not provided by Zoeller, however, the height from bottom to top of the basin is 30". Since the inlet is a bit higher than halfway up, it is likely around 20" from the bottom of the basin.
