1-1/2" PVC "Quiet Check" Solvent Weld w/ Union Check Valve (White Valve Body)

Purchase the 'Quiet Check" valve and installed it today. This valve works great! Easy to install, no more hammering sound and I think it even made my sump pump run quieter. Five stars

Very very silent. No thumps anymore. Can't tell if I have a check valve. So glad I installed this and another one for my sewage pump.

This is a hefty, solidly-constructed backflow preventer that does the job.

Good quality check valve that is installed quite easily. I purchased two, one for my sump pump and another for the ejector pump. The pumps are located in the basement directly below where I usually sit on the main floor. I can still hear the pump come on but the knock from the check valve is gone and these are dead quiet during operation.

I had a conventional check valve which banged every time the pump shut off. This new valve was not difficult to install and is completely quiet now when pump shuts off. And also made in the USA.

This replaced a "non-quiet" check valve on my sump pump discharge. It is very quite and I would definitely recommend it over the standard checks that slam shut. I subtracted one star because for ease of installation I would prefer an IPS compression connection, but I didn't see a Zoeller quite check with this connection type. See the NDS model with SKU 1400-15 as an example of the compression connection. My old check valve had the compression fitting and it was an easier install because the PVC discharge pipes did not have to be cut to such a precise length, there was more room for variance. Having said that, I still highly recommend this "quiet" check valve.

Had a check valve that was hammering every time our sump pump kicked on. This took care of the issue.
