Very good product
I gave 5 stars mostly because of Supply House great customer service! I bought this system 2ish years ago and both pumps failed but they run a lot! Called and they sent whole new system under warranty! No knock on zoller, I would definitely buy this system again. It's a great system and moves lots of water with the M98.

Recommended brand!
Last brand didnt last long! Was advised by a professional to use Zoeller brand! Was told they install it on all sump pump replacements. The only thing with the M98 is its bulky for my sump pit.

I ordered this combo sump pump system because my back up sump pump stopped working. Very easy and quick to install. Zoeller is a very trusted name that I have been using for years. I ordered from Supply House and it came quickly with no shipping damage.

Super quiet!
This sump pump is so quiet I don't even hear it running. The backup pump is attached to the I included PVC pipe with a worm gear hose clamp. Initially I must not have tightened this clamp sufficiently since the backup pump disconnected itself from the PVC pipe when it tested it. Hopefully this does not become an issue when the backup pump runs during a real emergency. Other than this worry, I am very happy with this product. The manufacturer packaging is not sufficient to protect this product and as a result the first 2 pumps arrived damaged. I strongly recommend that you insist on the manufacturer packaging being enclosed in an additional box with extra packaging materials. The good folks at supply house did this for me and the 3rd pump arrived in perfect condition.
