- Watertight neoprene square ring between motor and pump housing
- Oil-filled, hermetically sealed, non-automatic.

Fast Shipping Works Great
Same model as the 20 yr old septic pump it replaced. Only issue was it came with 8ft cord instead of 15ft in description.

Would buy again but it takes 15+ yrs years before it dies
Exact copy of the one installed 2005 and it was used, for how long I don't know. Flawless performance for me for 15 yrs in in a rainwater collection system. No sense in dumping a winner and hope for another 15 yrs.

Well built little machne.
I placed two of these with two LevelGuard electronic level switches in a 2,500 sq ft basement. Also I ran two separate dedicated 20 amp branch ckts to power these. This was March 2018. A year later and still running strong. This specific home gets alot of ground water, I suspect from known mine subsidence, so these pumps keep busy and QUIET. So quiet that I placed lighted GFCI receptacles at each pump pit so the home owner can tell the power is on, and listen for the pump.

I have the same model working over 11 years now.
I have the same model in a septic tank 11+ years and still going. I bought this as a spare since I do not want to wait for shipment when the current one finally fails. Only weak spot I find is the threading. Since its thinner metal because of the threading a piece has broken away. But I am very happy with the quality of this product as well as price.

Q: Does non-automatic mean that the pump will run continuously when plugged in? I don't need a float to turn the pump on and off, just need to pump out a tank. thanks, Joe

Yes, it has no float switch or pressure switch to turn it on/off. It runs continuously when plugged in. I wanted this model so that I could buy my own float switch to control it. It would work fine for your tank pumping, too. Cheers, Paul
