Installed Yesterday
Installed the Grease Trap yesterday for a 3 compartment sink. We ran the grease waste to the Basement about 30 feet away 3". It has 3" connections on this one. The Product was more heavy duty than we expected and looks good for now. Plumbers know what I mean. Grease Sucks. Still deciding on using the Flow control fitting and Getting the call back in 3.2 seconds because it is installed on a indirect waste to a floor sink that is not going to take all 3 compartments draining without overflowing with it installed. The flow control fitting a 3" cast fitting with about 1" hole in the middle to slow down the flow for the grease so it has time to rise and work properly. No one is ever going to see this intercepter until the owner(the county) chunks it in the dumpster after it fills up the first time. Do as I say, not as I do.

I measured the one I had and then went to your site and got the closest unit to those measurements ...,,,its was far off....I made it work because i couldnt be without one..my old one was to far gone....my old one had 4in couplings and yours were 2in didnt say that on your page that I could see...my pipes were much bigger but like I said I made it work.... thanks

Yes it comes with a gasket. If you are installing it below slab you will need the 6 inch ext. in order to get enough depth for floor sinks.
