All items in stock at our fulfillment center ship within 24–48 hours. Orders placed with one of our expedited shipping options before 3 PM EST / 2 PM CST / 12 PM PST will ship the same day if the items are in stock. If the order is placed after 3 PM EST / 2 PM CST / 12 PM PST, the in-stock items will ship the following day. Please note: out of stock items cannot be expedited. If you aren't sure about stock on a particular item, please call our customer service department.

In-stock items ordered with expedited shipping (3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air) before 2pm will be shipped the day the order is placed. Expedited orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the following business day. Please note: out of stock items cannot be expedited. If you aren't sure about stock on a particular item, please call our customer service department.

Examples (Applies to in-stock items only):

An order shipped 3-Day Select will arrive on the third business day after the order is shipped. For example, if you place an order on Tuesday at 10am, it will be delivered when UPS normally comes on Friday.
An order shipped 2nd Day Air will be delivered on the second business day after the order is shipped. For example, if you place an order on Thursday at 9pm, it will arrive the following Tuesday.
An order shipped Next Day Air will arrive on the next business day after the order is shipped. For example, if you place an order on Saturday, it will ship on Monday and arrive on Tuesday. If you place an order on Friday before 2pm it will be delivered on Monday (not Saturday).

Expedited Shipping Options include:

UPS Next Day Air (Delivery by end of following business day)
UPS 2nd Day Air (Delivery by end of 2nd business day)
UPS 2nd Day Air AM (Commercial Only, delivery by 10:30am of 2nd business day)
UPS 3 Day Select (Delivery by the end of the 3rd business day)

Our Fast Track program is available for customers in the 1-day UPS shipping region from Dayton, NJ; Canal Winchester, OH; Reno, NV; and Dallas, TX. Customers in this region will see the

symbol on over 16,000 products throughout our website, indicating that those products will ship out the same day if ordered before 6pm.

Our 1-day shipping region includes New Jersey, Connecticut, Delaware, Vermont, Indiana, Ohio, and Rhode Island. Parts of Massachusetts, Maryland, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, Illinois, Michigan, Kentucky, Nevada and California also fall within the 1-day shipping region.
