The TradeMaster program is built for working trade professionals in plumbing, heating, HVAC, electrical, and related skilled trades. Membership requires an application. Once we review it, we’ll let you know in writing if you’re approved.

That’s no problem. If everyone is linked to the same business profile, their purchases all roll up together. Your whole team’s spend counts toward Insider and Partner status, not just one person’s orders. You can link team members from your SupplyHouse account.

The TradeMaster program is for professionals buying products to use in their own work, not for resale. Resellers, distributors, and businesses purchasing primarily to resell products aren’t eligible, regardless of where those products are ultimately sold. If an account is being used primarily for resale, TradeMaster membership may be suspended or terminated.

TradeMaster members get free standard shipping on eligible orders within the contiguous US. If an item qualifies, you’ll see the free shipping reflected at checkout. A few exceptions apply, including expedited shipping, freight shipments, oversized items, and deliveries outside the contiguous US.

Think of them as three levels of the same program. Every approved member starts with TradeMaster and gets member pricing, free shipping, free returns, and dedicated customer service.

Spend $100,000+ in a calendar year and you’ll qualify for Insider, which adds a dedicated Customer Care representative and an invitation to apply for a SupplyHouse credit line.

Spend $200,000+ and you’ll reach Partner, which includes everything above, plus instant return reimbursement and access to exclusive experiences.

If several people buy under the same business profile, their spending all counts together.

We look at your completed orders for the calendar year, January 1 through December 31, after returns, credits, and discounts. At year-end, we review every member’s qualifying spend. If your account hits the threshold, your tier renews automatically. If you miss it, we’ll let you know near the end of December that your current tier will expire at year-end. Newly qualifying members are notified in early January.

If you’re an Insider or Partner member, you may be invited to apply for a SupplyHouse credit line. An invitation gives you the opportunity to apply, but it doesn’t guarantee approval or a particular credit limit. Applications still go through our standard credit review process.
