1. Program Overview

2. Eligibility and Application

• Be a licensed or practicing trade professional in the heating, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or related skilled trades;
• Submit a complete application through the designated application page at supplyhouse.com/apply-for-trademaster;
• Provide accurate and truthful information regarding your trade, business, and purchasing activity; and
• Be approved by SupplyHouse in its sole discretion.

3. Program Benefits

• 3.1 Member Prices: TradeMaster members receive exclusive member pricing on eligible products across the SupplyHouse.com web site. Discounted pricing is applied automatically when you are logged into your TradeMaster account. Member pricing is subject to change at any time and may not be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated.


• 3.2 Free Shipping: TradeMaster members receive complimentary standard shipping on eligible orders shipped within the contiguous United States. Free shipping applies to qualifying products and order types as designated on the product or checkout page. Expedited shipping, freight shipments, oversize items, and deliveries outside the contiguous United States may be subject to additional charges. SupplyHouse reserves the right to modify shipping terms at any time with reasonable notice.


• 3.3 Free Returns: TradeMaster members receive free standard return shipping on eligible product returns, subject to SupplyHouse's return policy as published at supplyhouse.com. Certain product categories, including special-order items, non-returnable items, and items that have been installed or damaged, may not qualify for free returns. SupplyHouse's return policy governs all returns and is incorporated by reference.


• 3.4 Dedicated Customer Service: TradeMaster members receive access to a dedicated customer service phone line and priority support channels. Availability and hours of operation are subject to change. SupplyHouse does not guarantee specific hold times or response times.


• 3.5 Priority Order Processing: TradeMaster orders receive prioritized pick, pack, and fulfillment processing where operationally practicable. Priority processing is provided on a commercially reasonable basis and does not constitute a guarantee of specific processing or delivery times. SupplyHouse is not liable for delays caused by carrier issues, weather, supply chain disruptions, or other events outside our reasonable control.


• 3.6 Welcome Package: Upon initial approval, new TradeMaster members may receive a complimentary welcome package at SupplyHouse's discretion. Contents of welcome packages are subject to change and availability. SupplyHouse makes no representation as to the specific contents or value of any welcome package.


• 3.7 Additional Benefits: SupplyHouse may, from time to time, offer additional benefits, promotions, personalized offers or features to TradeMaster members. Such benefits are provided at SupplyHouse's sole discretion and may be added, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice.

4. TradeMaster Partner Status Member Eligibility

• 4.1 Qualification Requirements: Members qualify for TradeMaster Partner status after their annual spending reaches $100,000 USD or more in the prior calendar year (January 1–December 31). Spending is calculated on the account that initiated purchase. For members whose account is linked to a business profile, all account users within that business profile are eligible for Partner status once the business profile's combined annual spending reaches $100,000. Qualifying spending includes all order totals after returns, credits, and discounts.


• 4.2 Tier Status Terms and Annual Review: Partner status is active from the date qualification is achieved through December 31 of that calendar year. At the conclusion of each calendar year, SupplyHouse audits all Partner members to verify continued eligibility. Members who meet the $100,000 annual spending threshold automatically renew for the following calendar year. Members who do not meet the threshold will be notified near December 31 that they may not re-qualify and their Partner status will expire on December 31. SupplyHouse will notify newly qualifying members of their Partner status and available benefits in early January.


• 4.3 Member Benefits: All TradeMaster Partners receive a dedicated Customer Care representative who provides:
  • Immediate and direct contact via phone or text without queue wait times, with consistent representation from the same representative
  • Personalized service including coordination of special shipping requests, custom packaging instructions, and documentation support
  • Special access to manufacturer training sessions, SupplyHouse focus groups, and free trials of new Bluefin products


• 4.4 Member Grace Period: For the 2026 calendar year exclusively, certain members who had access to a Dedicated Rep in prior years and do not meet the $100,000 threshold in the current calendar year will retain their membership and dedicated representative through the end of that calendar year. This grace period applies only once per member and for the year 2026 only.

5. Additional Benefits for Select TradeMaster Partners (by Invitation Only)

• 5.1 Instant Reimbursement: The Instant Reimbursement benefit is available exclusively to select TradeMaster Partners by SupplyHouse invitation. Under this benefit, eligible members receive immediate credit upon UPS scan of their return shipment, rather than upon receipt at our fulfillment center for orders up to $750. To qualify for instant reimbursement, returns must meet all SupplyHouse return eligibility requirements: items must be in original, unused condition; not installed; and returned within one year of purchase. Returns initiated during business hours (Monday–Friday) will be credited the same business day; returns initiated outside business hours or on weekends will be credited the next business day. Maximum return This benefit is subject to SupplyHouse's standard return inspection process. SupplyHouse reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this benefit at any time and without notice. All other terms of SupplyHouse's standard Return Policy remain in effect.

7. Membership Conditions and Account Responsibilities

• Maintain an active SupplyHouse.com account in good standing;
• Use the Program solely for purchases made in connection with your legitimate trade or contracting business;
• Ensure that all account information, including business name, license status, and contact information, remains accurate and current;
• Comply with these Terms, SupplyHouse's Terms of Use, and all applicable laws and regulations; and
• Not permit unauthorized third parties to access or use your TradeMaster account or Program benefits.

8. Prohibited Uses — Reseller Activity

• Purchasing products with the intent to resell them through any online marketplace, storefront, or channel;
• Placing orders on behalf of other businesses or individuals for commercial resale purposes;
• Systematically purchasing products at member pricing for the purpose of profiting from the price differential; and
• Any activity that SupplyHouse, in its reasonable judgment, determines to constitute reseller behavior.

• Immediately suspend or terminate that member's participation in the Program;
• Revoke access to all Program benefits, including member pricing, free shipping, and priority service;
• Cancel pending orders placed under the member's account; and/or
• Take such other action as SupplyHouse deems appropriate, including recovering any pricing differential obtained through misuse.

9. Modification and Termination of the Program

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the TradeMaster program or any Program benefit, in whole or in part;
• Change these Terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting to supplyhouse.com or other written notice to members; and
• Terminate any individual's membership for any reason, including but not limited to inactivity, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
