Yes, wood and carpet can be installed directly on top of Quik Trak panels. With tile, stone, or linoleum you would need to place a cement board between the Quik Trak and the finished floor.
Engineered flooring can be installed directly on top of the Quik Trak. It would generally be stapled down.
In order to use ceramic tile, you would need to place a layer of gypsum board between the tiles and the Quik Trak.
