Saved the day!
Had to replace my boilers automatic damper which meant the hotwater heater needed to be shut down. After fixing the boiler and getting it up and running, I discovered the Piezo igniter had failed. All the local plumbing supply stores by me wouldn't sell me an igniter stating they don't offer parts for State Select branded water heaters. Meanwhile the Piezo igniter was just a generic part......so after wasting a day driving around, I gave up and decided to order one online. The folks at Supply House were super nice and helpful with me. The part came in a day later and I'm now with hotwater again!

The wire on the igniter is 2 or 3 inches long. On my water heater there was a long orange wire coming out of the burner that this just plugged into.
