I would buy this product again
The anode rod I received is a substitute for the for the original product. Although it was 6 inches shorter than the original it was placed in my water heater. I wasn't sure if there was any other choice. The person who placed it for me said it would work fine.
Delivery was on time as promised.

Part search was incorrect
I entered the exact model water heater and was shown 16" anode rods where the replacement for it. I ordered and did the replacement. The rod that came out was 30" long so the replacement was not a like for like match.

Lochinvar Replacement Anode Rod
The part came in quickly. The only issue I had was that the new Lochinvar Anode Rod was 16" long, while the original one I removed was ~26" long. Not sure why the difference.

Seems to be working well, easy install
Easy to install, just need a 1 1/16" socket (regular one, an impact socket has too thick of walls). Seems well made and even though we are on a well we don't have any funny interaction with the magnesium. Prefer this over having our water exposed to the aluminum in aluminum or aluminum/zinc rods.
