Good replacement
Shipping was super fast, and the rod was easily replaced. I went with the aluminum-zinc as I'm on well water and didn't want the infamous rotten egg scent from a magnesium rod. Hopefully bought some time on my water heater, I'll buy another one in 3-4 years from supplyhouse

I would purchase this part again.
Easy to change. I was lucky being my water heater is 11years old. I did not have a problem but needed to be proactive before there was a problem. My old rod was in like new condition showing no deterioration.

Correct OEM product, good price, fast shipping
Nothing to complain about. I probably could have used a generic anode rod, but too often it ends up being important to use OEM (specific fit, other special reason, etc.) etc., so I found the OEM rod at SupplyHouse.com and went for it. The cost was similar, and this way I am 100% sure it's the right thing. I did find it interesting that the new OEM replacement was 6 inches shorter than the original that came in the water heater. Not sure why.

OEM, fit great, no problems
No more rotten egg smell for now. Have heard mixed news on the rotten egg smell simply appearing if hot water isn't used for a few days, haven't been able to test that yet.
