The AMTROL FILL-TROL+ system consists of a specially adapted EXTROL+ pre-pressurized, diaphragm-type expansion tank, and the FILL-TROL, a specially designed, automatic, fill valve.
The HydroClaw Expansion Tank Support Bracket provides a safe and reliable option if you prefer to mount your expansion tank. This expansion tank bracket is easy to install and will hold any tank with a diameter of 11" nominal.
- Provides accurate system make up
- Eliminates need for a separate, automatic fill valve
- Fully adjustable up to a maximum working pressure of 100 psig
- Factory pre-charged to 12 psig; tank pressure controls system fill

Having the fill valve as part of the expansion tank saves money. It also came with an air eliminator to save even more. What a deal!

good experience
fast shipping but when i recieved my order the expansion tank had a small dent in the top and a scratch in the paint. i emailed pex with a picture of the damage and explained my concerns about premature failure. i recieved an email back in about an hour and they shipped me another one right away with a return label for the damaged one.

Q: My purger came with 1.5" inflow and outflow ports. My system is 1". Should I exchange it for a 1" purger or can I use reducer bushings?
