Careful where you use it.
The backflow device works as it should by not allowing back flow from hose but it spits out a lot of water when the hose is shut off if the hose is used with a sprayer or watering wand etc. Not a problem if out doors etc. but could be a problem if used somewhere where a burst of water being released might make a mess.
