I got tired of the very low flow of filtered water from the refrigerator. I got this "full flow" filter and installed it under a bar sink. Now we have a great quick way to fill up drink bottles, coffee maker and tea kettle. The filtered water flows as fast as a regular kitchen sink faucet.

I just installed seven of these filters in line with the water supply to the refrigerators in an office building. Each floor has a small kitchenet with a GE refrigerator that requires an expensive filter. I purchased and installed bypass plugs eliminating the onboard refrigerator filter. These filters are less expensive and will last longer. Very easy to install and work perfectly. I also chose to add a purge valve on the outlet allowing me to run the 5 gallons of water through that is recommended before placing the filter into service.

20+ years ago I installed this filter in our former house. Now with a new house a new filter . Very effective in removing chlorine taste and odor and cloudy water.

It is so compact and doesn't interfere with my faucet as the other type of water filter we had (changing height of the floor of the sink to the tip of the faucet). There is no unsightly residue as in the pitcher products and this hides under the sink behind the cabinet door. The sales person who sold me this was very efficient in getting this to me in time for the returning plumber to install. I also don't have to worry about frequently changing filters and have approximately one year to change.
