I did my research. SupplyHouse was the best supplier
These types of filters are basically required for all new High Efficiency Boilers. Approximately once per year they need to be changed out. The process is pretty easy, but make sure you relieve the downstream pressure before you try to release the cartridge. If it's pressurized, you'll have a tough time getting the cartridge out. First close the upstream valve, then bleed out the pressure by opening a faucet, then close the downstream valve and then remove the filter cartridge. SupplyHouse had the best overall price, even better than other guys who claimed to have x% off. And they ship quickly.

Filter did not last as long as advertised
It was rated for 100k gallons but water pressure dropped rapidly after just 6k gallons and that's with a prefilter.
SupplyHouse's support was impeccable though. They replaced the filter for free.
