Just as advertised

I looked every where for this product. Found it on supply house and they shipped it right out. Works great!!!

unit not compatible with my zonevalves.

Unit oscillates on/off when no calls for heat. I went back to individual Honeywell units and everything works fine. I cannot return Argo unit since it is no longer in "as new" condition since wire plugs were removed upon installation. A real ripoff.

Excellent replacement product and experience

My original control/relay board failed and I needed a replacement quickly. Called the customer service number and had the replacement board the next business day. It was an easy install and worked perfectly.

Excellent product

Installed as an upgrade from an Argo AR861 which was 22 years old. This one has more power from the transformer. We have 8 heat zones total including HWH with 5 additional transformers to assist the valve controls. Added smart thermostats all over and that may have taxed the older Argo board and transformer. Anyway, super easy to install, works perfect - hopefully will continue to do so for another 22 years!

In the Zone!

I was surprised to find Supply House online. The service was excellent in every way. I was able to confirm, by chat, that this ARM-4P is a direct replacement for my lightning damaged ARM-842DP. Further, by phone, I learned that free next day delivery was available. The chat and phone agents were knowledgeable and courteous. I received the part early the next afternoon and had it in service the same day! Considering the less-than-neat original installation, the replacement is reasonable. I will not hesitate to return to Supply House should there be a future need.

Great service

One of my 6 zones stopped working, and after ruling out a faulty relay I decided to order from Supply House. Arrived the next day, well packed. All zones up and running 24 hrs after placing the order!

Q: I installed a Burnham MPO-IQ boiler and need to add additional zones. My question is should I use the priority zone on this relay for the IWH or use the zone provided for the IWH from the boiler? Thank you

yes, the priority is used for DHW.

Q: Is it a valid config to use the zone expansion connection to go to another similar switching relay, such a ARM-4p connected to a ARM-6p? I realize that a zone expander is made for this, but this happens to be the config I have found installed. I am concerned that the 24 volt transformers on each control will be paralleled.

It is not a good match. You have two master controls with no “slave” connected. This can damage the transformer if paralleled.

Q: i have a 4 zone system all on separate circulators and want to add two more zones using two zone valves(splitting an existing zone)my switch relay is a four zone, can i just add a two zone relay switch to that, what else do i need other than the zone valves?

No, the unit for zone valves is different than the unit for circulators. You will need to rework the control strategy.
