Arlington’s Low Profile Cord Connector has a unique grommet with gripping fingers. These
connectors have the largest cord range in the industry, so there are fewer items to stock. A liquidtight seal and superior pullout resistance is accomplished by just tightening the nut. A sealing ring is
furnished to assure a liquid-tight seal when installing in non-threaded openings.

It works, but it is a little flimsy
It worked, but when you use it at the top end of it's range, you need to ensure you don't over tighten it or it will jump threads. It jumped on me, but the threads were unaffected so I just loosened and tightened it again.

Definitely meet descriptions
These are good connectors, and even non-metalic seem likely to hold up fine. Plastic threads on one cap had to be cleaned up, but easily done and worked out. And these are sized for a wide range of cable sizes-a good bonus
