The i-Link series multi-zone circulator pump switching relays simplify wiring for hydronic heating ( radiant floor heating ) systems. With leading edge features and superior product design, i-Link makes installation quick and easy.
Available in one to six zone models. The i-Link series are designed with flexibility and multi-zone applications in mind. It is so flexible that different models can be interconnected for unlimited zone expansion. In addition, i-Link provides far more functional status than other models on the market today because of their front panel LED indicators that provide the easy system diagnostics demanded by today's installers. Each unit is designed with a unique power surge protection to ensure continuous control operation and avoid damage and trouble to replace the unit.
Priority Protection timer available in two to six zone models prevents freeze-ups in the event of a priority zone failure. SP-84, SP-85, SP-86 are equipped with field selectable priority by-pass function to ensure continuous operation of secondary zones which allow maximum flexibility for system applications.

Simple, elegant solution for basic zone hookups.
Used this with Burnham boiler in a small home. 3 zones total using 120V Honeywell valves and a Taco circulation pump. The 120V valves had been installed years ago, but the homeowner bypassed them and used manual valves and one thermostat to "control" the system. This unit was just what was needed. Layout of the connections is great; the 3 thermostats all wired into the top portion and the 3 outputs to the zone valves all wired into the bottom portion. The finished installation wiring looks very professional. The housing and terminations are very good quality and there were no installation issues. Instructions were also very well written. I also like that it is made in Canada! I'm guessing they know a thing or two about heating!

Relays are not replaceable
This unit works for me and was not very difficult to wire. The instructions for it were adequate.
The biggest difference between this cheaper unit and the offerings from other brands is that the relays are sealed into this unit. When a relay fails, you will need to replace the entire unit instead of just popping out a single relay.

Good product - poor shipping
Your product works well, but you really need to ship USPS to Alaska.
Having to ship to a friend in the lower 48 and have him ship to me is a bit of a pain.
USPS is way more economical than UPS as well.

Came early, good product
This controller was a replacement for my original, which had a burned out relay. Not a hard unit to replace , but I had the flu and could only work on it a little over 4 days. My only problem was that the new one doesn't have knockouts to run the wiring in from the back, like my old one did. When my brain could finally think (due to the flu), I realized I could just switch out the outer case, by removing the 4 screws that held the components in. Fortunately, I got all the wires moved to the new one and it worked the first time!

Okay but probably use something else next time.
This was the first time I used this brand of relay. I have used dozens of competitive models. I found this model to be a little too compact for me. They could have made the cabinet a little larger to better accommodate the wiring at both top and bottom. As far as function, it does the same thing as the other ones for a lot less money. This unit does not have replaceable relays which means if one fails the entire assembly would need to be replaced.

Works great
Installed this controller in my new boiler installation for my 3 zone heated floors. Lasted about 14 years until it started making a buzzing noise. Thankfully Supply House has the same original one . Installed and it works great. Will definitely by this product again.. Shipping was fast.
