The i-Link series multi-zone circulator pump switching relays simplify wiring for hydronic heating ( radiant floor heating ) systems. With leading edge features and superior product design, i-Link makes installation quick and easy.
Available in one to six zone models. The i-Link series are designed with flexibility and multi-zone applications in mind. It is so flexible that different models can be interconnected for unlimited zone expansion. In addition, i-Link provides far more functional status than other models on the market today because of their front panel LED indicators that provide the easy system diagnostics demanded by today's installers. Each unit is designed with a unique power surge protection to ensure continuous control operation and avoid damage and trouble to replace the unit.
Priority Protection timer available in two to six zone models prevents freeze-ups in the event of a priority zone failure. SP-84, SP-85, SP-86 are equipped with field selectable priority by-pass function to ensure continuous operation of secondary zones which allow maximum flexibility for system applications.

Works as advertised.
Replaced one that had been buzzing... it lasted about 12 years. Was told I could just replace the board but it would take weeks to get from the manufacturer and it still cost 60% of a new unit. As it was winter in MN I ordered one from here and received it in a couple days. They did change the box style a little as there are no longer access holes in the back side of the unit like the older version. Wasn't really a problem though.

The orig unit lasted 31 years....this new only one minute
This unit is an exact replacement for my original. I installed it and powered up the board. It came on and my number one pump activated. Thirty seconds later, it powered down. I demounted it and on the work bench tested the voltage at the thermostat bar. 4.2 volts should be 24 , Checking manufacture's web says the transformer needs replacing. Fortunately, when bench testing my old unit, i discovered a mouse chewed the stat bar power wire, I plan to send to factory to repair the new one for a spare. Although this is a low cost part, it is vital during heating season.
However, I loved your fast service and will use you again.

I would buy again
I ordered for use as switching relay on a radiant heat system circulating pumps… First time I have used this brand. I normally use taco or Argo switching relays but saw this one at about half the price of those. Trying to save customer some money being the main reason. I installed and works as it should but on the negative side it was very difficult doing both the primary wiring and the low voltage wiring. There is very little room provided to do the wiring. Another inch or so of room in the top and bottom compartments would make it much easier to install…

Product has fewer punch out holes
I bought this item as a replacement for the old one. It had started to make noises. Transformer issues I suppose. Anywho, the new one was mostly an identical match (I hope they have upgraded the transformer from the one they used on the old one). But there was an installation issue because the new box didn't have punch out holes in the upper back portion, as the old one did.

This unit is an exact replacement for my original. I installed it and powered up the board. It came on and my number one pump activated. Thirty seconds later, it powered down.
