What you are experiencing is not the failure of that gasket, it is the seal assembly, similar to this one: http://www.pexsupply.com/Bell-Gossett-118680LF-Seal-Assembly-Lead-Free-Serie s-100-HV-2-PR-2-1-2-LD-3-HD-3-PD-60-AA-1522-MF-60 This is a little more involved to replace, but not too difficult. If your shafts or any internal parts are worn, you may just want to get the whole assembly like this: http://www.pexsupply.com/Bell-Gossett-189134LF-Bearing-Assembly-w-Impeller-L ead-Free-Series-100 I fought this problem already, replacing the round gaskets, even trying silicone. When I finally ordered the seal kit and installed everything, I found I had over tightened the flange bolts one too many times, and then I broke an ear off it. Then I had to replace the whole pump and a new flange, because a flange alone was too expensive. Don't make that same mistake! Make sure you order the correct seal kit or bearing assembly for your particular model, though I think I found the right ones you need for the series 100, depends on the application (food service/heat/etc).
