Great service exactly the part I needed. I wish though the website would show options. I would have purchased the kit that includes a new impeller but through all the searches it never showed up until after I received myour part. Not a big deal but more cost to me with just purchasing the impeller and added shipping.

Works, but required some fussing
Came new in box, with lubricating oil and gasket seal.
I had issues when installing 118431LF onto the end of the assembly. The tolerances between the impeller keyway and the key on the shaft of the pump assembly were too tight, and I could not get the impeller to fit over the shaft.
Ultimately I used a dremel tool to shave down a bit on the shaft and in the keyway of the impeller to get the two to fit together.
After getting it put together and installed I have had no issues with leaks, and it works just fine.

This bearing assembly was an almost perfect match to my old one except the old one is green and this one is red. I thought something might be different due to the color but it was a perfect fit. The tube of oil that came with it was idiot proof. After installing it my pump has never been quieter. I have bought other things for my ancient boiler from SupplyHouse and I haven't been let down once. Plus, I usually receive my parts within two days.
