I had a problem with these fittings
Piped up a 50 gal electric water heater using pex pipe and Bluefin fittings. Went together great. Next day a crimped sleeve elbow blew off the hot line about three feet away. Helped with the cleanup and found the sleeve properly crimped but blown off the pipe and fitting, Will not be purchasing these again!!! Back to all copper...

Great product, worked perfectly with my rigid pro press. Excellent fitting in exposed areas, I usually use the polymer fittings due to cost but chose these metal ones for exposure areas for strength.

Love Viega
I ONLY use Viega PEX products. All others have issues with reliability and more importantly, are often difficult to properly tighten. Viega products, while pricier, are very well made and the system of squeezing them is nearly flawless.
I am also happy that Viega is now producing many fittings with brass, aside from plastic. I just feel the brass is more long lasting... not sure if I am correct, but it feels that way to me.
