Q: Is the 3/4" PEX x 3/4" Copper Fitting Brass Adapter (Lead Free) made of dzr brass? or is it "zinc heavy"? I'm concerned with dezincification since I'm on well water.

This one looks like "STREET fitting" on the sweat side. So, it will fit inside the copper fitting or valve.
Q: Do the Rifeng Pex fitting only fit the Rifeng pex? Or will the Rifeng pex fittings work with Zurn Pex piping as well and vice versa?

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffPart H023850 connects 3/8" PEX to 1/2" copper pipe. It fits over the copper pipe. Part H063850 connects 3/8" PEX to a 1/2" copper fitting (which presumably would be connected to copper pipe on the other side). It goes inside the copper fitting, meaning that it is the same size as 1/2" copper pipe.
Q: Is the Copper fitting side of this adapter 3/4" male or female?

Q: It appears these connections get soldered to the copper pipe end before the Pex piping is attached. Is that correct?

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffOne side of the adapter is attached to the PEX tubing by using the CLAMP or CRIMP tool. The other side goes inside the copper fitting and then onto the copper pipe. It does not get soldered onto the copper pipe.
