Everyone did not have this size
12 by 4 and 12 by 6 were the only size everyone had but what I needed was 12 by 5. I could only find it with SupplyHouse.

I would buy this product again.
Your products are as advertised, and they arrive in a timely manner. I own an older home and usually the hole patterns of today are different than what I have. Thus, I like that you carry the same product from different companies - sometimes, I get lucky and one of your companies has exactly (or close to) what I need. On this latest order, the company spec sheet does not provide a dimension between the holes. You might advise a Bluefin Rep of this oversite.

Great service and exactly what I needed

Nice looking vent cover, but not the right fasteners
The louvers work smoothly and the finish is nice. The only real problem, is that the sheet metal is dimples around the screw holes, which would suggest that a nice oval head screw is the right fastener for this product. Unfortunately it comes with hex head screws that do not sit in the recess. I ended up buying a bag of Malco white oval head sheet metal screws that look really nice with the cover.
