The Slim Jim Of Water Heaters

Used for domestic hot water, this has the fastest recovery time of any watr heater so far, I have ever had, another great feature (for us anyway)was the small diameter, takes up less room, and room was a premium for us!, so far, we have no negative report.

Please see the blog post at the link below for more information on this condition. You may want to consider replacing the anode rod with a Bradford White A420 model and/or using chlorine to clean the tank. http://pexsupply.blogspot.com/2011/11/rotten-egg-smell-in-hot-water.html

The temperature adjustment is usually located at the bottom of the front of the heater.

Q: What does the 10 year warranty kit consist of? Does it actually change the water heater in any way or just the obligation of the seller? Is this unit suitable for low demand space heating?

The warranty kit simply extends the warranty; it does physically change the water heater. This unit should work for low-demand space heating, as long as it can meet your water requirements.

This water heater has a 6-year limited tank/ 6-year limited component parts warranty. However, the water heater can be upgraded to a 10 year warranty with the purchase of the following warranty upgrade kit: http://www.pexsupply.com/Bradford-White-238-43329-00-10-Year-Warranty-Upgrade-Kit-Level-1
