I'm a Licensed Master Plumber in the state of Ohio. I have installed many of these cartridges and so far I've not had one call back.

Stay Away
I purchased one of these to try out a cheaper option and i got what i paid for. The cartridge did not do its job. It did not hold back water. I got a call the day after i installed it, customer complaining about shower head dripping. Just buy the real Moen brand cartridge and you'll be better off.

Problems
Good price, but 1 our of 3 has leaked. So add 33% to the actual cost, not to mention the extra time spent on job.

Will buy more for the other bathroom.
Not that difficult to install as long as you have a right tools.
For mine, I need Moen cartridge removal Tool to take out the old one.
