Outstanding Device
This is one outstanding device that so far delivered on what it promised. Install was super easy, its not that heavy either. Its odd that they would have 5" ports but tell you to use an-adapter to use 6" ducts, when there is plenty of space for 6" ports and if anything that added unnecessary time to the install. 1st boot was a breeze, in about a minute the fans revv up, its does its calculations and self balances itself in about 2 minutes total.. The unit is super quiet. In fact, the most noisy part is the air coming out of the fresh air supply duct! When standing in front of the unit, you hear a soft hiss when on low and a somewhat louder "sssshhh" noise when on turbo.The auto balancing system also works wonders. Even when on turbo, you can just crack open a door or window and you can feel just a slight amount of air movement for a second and then nothing! it completely balances out. The house does not feel stale or stuffy any more though I have not seen what this may do to humidity as its not be running for long since we just installed it and we missed the summer season due to several back-order delays with the order. Overall this was a great purchase and the touchscreen automatic control is a must too!
