Heats a 180 sq foot bathroom
We added this exhaust fan/heater/light combo to our master bathroom during a remodel. It works great and adding a dimmer to the light switch makes it double as a night light. The fan is whisper quiet and my builder is planning on using this product on future projects. The heater gets the bathroom nice and toasty in less than10 minutes.

Does not draw any air
There is no suction from the vent. Bought this as a larger unit for a smaller bathroom to make sure it drew as much air when shower is running. There is no suction or ventilation when it runs. Fan spins, heating works quick, but no draw with the fan.

A really good exhaust fan
This fan is a broan bathroom exhaust fan. It has a a light and heat. The install is for new construction. It was relatively easy to install. It's a little noisy though, that's my only complaint. Everything worked.

There is no suction from the vent. Bought this as a larger unit for a smaller bathroom to make sure it drew as much air when shower is running. There is no suction or ventilation when it runs. Fan spins, heating works quick, but no draw with the fan.
