Small Exhaust/Heating Fan
This fan was used in a retrofit that had little space for installation. It was easy to alter the standard mounting and the removable sections of the power box with access from both inside and outside the unit was very helpful. The spring loaded fastening of the face plate made the final fit to the patched ceiling easy and hid many problems.

Model 162
My model 162 single light was just what I was looking for. The only drawback on this item was the electric connector box. You have to remove the whole box to do the wireing and then trying to get all the wires in the box and the box in the slots was a hassle. The box should be attached to the housing and have a face plate to be slipped into place. apparently this was not made for remolding, only new construction. Other than that I like the product.
