This will be my go-to for grease traps
We installed this partially above floor level, so that inlet, outlet and vent are exposed and serviceable. Was very easy to install and because of this installation, it will be easy to take care of!

Light, easy to install and seals well (no smell). We did not hot weld inlet or outlet to the grease trap to other plumbing, so I plan to remove the entire trap from time to time for deep cleaning. The lid is not bidirectional, so make sure it is replaces with proper 'in' and 'out' orientation to the tank. Only concern I have is that the latches that keep the lid closed will become filled with debris and potentially not latch fully, or and employee will force them closed, thereby breaking them. Time and usage will tell. One huge plus is that this grease trap will not rust and start leaking which is what happened with our metal trap.

seems solid and includes flow control/air intake tee
it arrived unbroken and installed without issue.
I asked Q&A if it includes the flow control/air intake tee, they just answered "no", days after ordering and installing.
It "does" come with it from the manufacture, it's shipped inside the trap and looks similar to the one in the photo.
