Perfect fit
Our heating/cooling unit in our attic started making a terrible rattling noise. Unfortunately the unit is almost 20 years old but we have no funds for a big redo. It's also been 110 + around here and all the hvac companies are slammed. So we took apart some things and watched a few YouTube videos and we're able to figure out the noise was caused by the center piece of this part (the original part) being loose and no longer attached to the fan blades. So we ordered this new part, borrowed some small ac units for a few days and crossed our fingers that it's what we needed. The part came 2 days ahead of schedule which was a HUGE blessing. My husband installed it and it sounded perfect. He did have to go back the next day to tighten things in place (that he didn't tighten enough the first go around) but we are 4 days post fix and it's working amazing!

But 5 stars to SupplyHouse
First one sent was possibly drop shipped from Carrier or their distributor. The blower fan was "skewed" like the "leaning tower of pisa" so obviously it would wobble and vibrate the furnace. This was a replacement for the Carrier blower fan that I bought from another reputable online supplier and installed in October 2020, that one started making a out of balance noise.
I contacted SupplyHouse and they immediately setup a cross-shipment for return and replacement which came from SupplyHouse appeared to be inspected before shipment and double boxed as well. Within couple of days I got the second one and installed without any further issues.
Carrier quality (at-least for their "genuine" replacement parts) is suspect to me. But SupplyHouse has a gem of a after-sales customer support.

Seems sturdy, explodes spectacularly
I have had 2 of these in the last year, first one I thought I might have done something wrong during the installation. The second time I did everything so carefully that I never once bumped the squirrel cage... it was like playing a game of operation in reverse. It still exploded soon after installation. It went in less than a month and the previous one only lasted around 6 months. Destroyed the shaft of a brand new motor with it. Now I get to figure out where to find the roughly $1000 to replace the motor and squirrel-cage yet again.

Our a/c went out in the middle of summer IN Arizona during Labor Day weekend…of course it did. I ordered the blower wheel that was needed. The wheel arrived the day after Labor Day and we were back up and running in no time. Thank you SupplyHouse!

Poor quality control and build quality
Became out of balance a little over a year (just outside the warranty period), so I purchased another and was terribly out of round, returned it, and the next replacement was damaged during shipping. I am now on the fourth blower wheel which is currently doing okay (however, still not perfectly round or balanced). I have (3) good motors, all produced the same results.
