Great stuff
I used this to install my panasonic mini split into my siding. It is very easy to install, look solid but time will tell. The panasonic experio 12k btu was a big disappointment, not really cooling as I expected it to be. I should have spent more for mr. Slim. I hope this will help on people looking to install a mini split.

Not Impressed
The metal itself is sturdy enough, but the hardware is cheap and the stampings don't quite line up. I had to hammer in the bolts that secure the arms once I turned them horizontal. The vibration isolators are just plain useless, buy a decent set to replace them with. Lastly, the plastic adjusters look like they will eventually fatigue due to compression, I'm planning to replace them with hardwood blocks cut to size. I didn't use the included anchors because my walls aren't masonry, but you can find better and stronger at your local hardware store.

The longer arms on this bracket make ductless piping connections less difficult. Also, the weight capacity ensures a solid installation.

Well made product
The product is well made, but the instructions come on a tiny piece of paper that is hardly readable. The rubber pads to reduce condenser vibration don't seem to fit right and i didn't see anywhere in the tiny instructions how they are to work and the instructions for the Mr Cool condenser doesn't even mention it in their instructions.

Not a fan of this new version.
Does vendors know what they are selling. I Guess not.
This new version cost more and supposedly higher load capacity. This new design is just more gimmicky with lots of small parts. Losing a tiny screw will make the installation impossible to complete. Also these are tapping screws and can easily damaged by impact drill. Design doesn't make sense at all. Just stick with the old design.

I used this to mount my Mitsubishi outdoor unit, easy to put together and mount and fit the unit perfectly. Was an easy solution to avoiding mounting the unit on steep, unlevel ground. Customer service and communication was above and beyond. Will definitely order from this company again!
