Works great for Mitsubishi 6k Hyper Heat
Loved the hardware that this unit came with. It's not just a bag of cheap bolts and washers - the pads and "nuts" slot into the bracket perfectly for a very stout mounting surface. Worked excellent on my new 6K Hyper Heat condenser. Drilling into the concrete was the hardest part, using the bracket itself was a breeze.

I will only buy again for a few smaller units I install
The 18" arms are shorter than the brand I normally use. You can't get a condenser that is wider than 13" fastened correctly. Unfortunately the larger Bluefin bracket with the longer arms doesn't have as long a mounting rail which would not work on many of my jobs that hang on studs. SupplyHouse, get them to make only one unit, this mounting rail with an elongated slot in the middle so it is laterally adjustable and the longer arms. Otherwise I can do better local.

Legs are too short for Mitsubishi Hyper Heat
The mount seemed decent for the price but the legs were too short for my 9000 BTU Mitsubishi condenser which weights 110lb. Obviously it is my fault for not measuring the width of the condenser's legs but the way this is advertised is misleading.
As a positive note, customer support waived the shipping on the bigger 445lb mount, but I can't return this as I already mounted the wall bracket.
