Perfect solution.
First item had two bottom halves in package and no top half. Called Customer service. They had a replacement in the mail, same day. Great service, product and price.

all channels worked well.
Changed where I ran my refrigerant line on my second unit so I needed to order this part separate. It came in three days which worked out perfect. All the channels I used worked perfect. Everything was easy to put together except the piece that covers where it comes out of the house. That piece did not screw together easily because it must have been twisted.
