Description

The Hef-T-Block, 17in, 230-MB17W is a white heavy duty mounting base used when a condenser must be bolted to the base. The base is used mainly on rooftop and ground applications to raise unit above surface level. Used primarily on ductless condensers, the sliding rail design allows for quick and easy attachment to equipment mounting feet. Comes complete with mounting hardware and four end caps.

Quality product, minor issue
This kit comes with 4 end caps (no need to purchase separately). Unfortunately, the end caps do not snap on as intended, they fall off with even the slightest movement (the wind actually blew them off). Minor issue- a little PVC cement glued them on permanently, problem solved.

Ordered the kit. Also end caps 230-MBCW A pack of 4.
The End caps was design different than kit end caps.
Also slight different color white.
Not sure if the new design with more locking tabs and no lip edge is better.
Plan on sending UN-opening package of 4 back for refund

Easiest mini split risers
These are some of the easiest to use mini split risers I've found. Best to put a drop of super glue on the end caps to keep them in place.

Worked well for me
I had purchased a plastic pad to mount my new mini split outdoor unit. Found the pad was basically a shell, and doubted it would stand up to any bolting a 75 lb unit down.
Then saw these at SupplyHouse. Cheaper, smaller footprint, good bolt down system, and still got the unit raised 4" off the ground. I like 'em!

Cannot tighten up that much as it pulls the bolt heads through the plastic channel. Too light weight construction for me.

They're Fine
They work well to lift a mini split condenser up and they are stable. The bolts work well to slide in channel and not turn to install the nuts.
Only bad thing we found is the end caps would not stay on.
