Pretty water tight, but more difficult to assemble
On the scale of "I think this will keep water out," it's a 5/5. However, it has a keyed mating surface for the water-resisting washer, and everything is really tight, so assembly is more difficult than the "twist on" or the typical compression nut ones. But, the way it goes together looks like it will keep almost any water exposure out. Also, 45's for liquid tight nonmetallic conduit are rare, you get what you can (and this is it).
