EVA (Extreme Vibration Attenuation) is the latest generation in vibration dampening technology. In the most severe vibration extremes, testing shows the EVA pad outperforms
cork and rubber by greater than 3:1 and outperforms competitor's "waffle" pad by greater than 8:1! The enhanced performance comes from the special composite foam center
which is structurally more sound than cork. EVA is not affected by oils or chemicals that can break down cork
and is much more effective at vibration dampening than solid rubber. Designed to withstand 50 psi. Choose EVA to get the best of both worlds!

Amazing Product, Wish I had found sooner
We have newer front loading washer / driers on our third floor and we failed to take into consideration the vibration these would cause on an upper level of an open floor plan home. We purchased several expensive products previously that were specifically made to dampen vibrations for washers / driers and they did pretty much nothing (except part us from our hard earned money). I luckily stumbled across this site and found these pads and they have significantly reduced the vibrations. I can no longer feel anything from the washing machine, and the drier (which was the worst) is only barely noticeable now. And best of all it was substantially more affordable than the existing solutions. You guys should market this to people looking for solutions to their washer / drier shaking as the current products on the market are garbage compared to this and it took me a while of searching to find you guys.

Not as 'super dampening' as promoted. Strong smell.
I liked that each pad is not so spongy as to deform easily under weight, but a con is that they put out a very strong chemical rubber smell. As soon as I opened the package, the combined odor of the four pads kicked me in the face. Had to put each one inside a ziplock bag to contain the odor before they were in place because they are being used in a small room in which I had to be for long hours. The accumulated strong smell was giving me a headache. Someone in a close room complained that he could still feel a humming vibration through the walls and floor, the equipment had to be put over an extra foam layer to have the best dampening possible. The pads were used to support the legs of the table and absorb vibrations going to the floor, but didn't seem enough dampening, even with carpet on the floor.

Better than most alternatives, works well
This product is very noticeably better than the cork + rubber alternative product (which is also cheaper, granted). I'm getting very annoying HVAC vibrations in my apartment floor, which is translating up through my metal bed frame and rattling me at a medium intensity level at night (it's not violent shaking, but rather more like micro vibrations that are persistent). I placed a base 3x3 cork rubber pad on the floor, and then two 4x4 EVA pads on top of that base pad, under each of the six bed posts that touch the floor. It required the third layer to finally show the results I was looking for (it's not an easy task to legitimately eliminate vibration from noisy HVAC that's in your floor combined with a metal frame). I think I'll add another layer just to see if it'll further reduce the vibration. I've considered moving to a wire rope anti vibration approach, however that's quite expensive compared to these EVA pads.
Overall I'm very happy with the product. And yes, these do smell rubbery for a week or two (just let them offgas somewhere out of the way if you need to use them in your personal space). SupplyHouse got them to me fast and in perfect condition.

I bought these for my son's bed in his NYC apartment. The metal beam construction is such that vibrations from neighbor's movements were waking him up - it's now a month since he installed the pads and all is good!

I don't have any official rating, but one of the big HVAC companies in our area uses them for outdoor units and we are using these under our heat pumps outside. Because there is no cork, they supposedly stand up to oil and chemicals better. Ours are doing a nice job of minimizing vibration noise so far.
