Makes hanging the heater a breeze. Also, Supply House offers excellent customer service. With online chat I was able to amend a recent order before it shipped and add a needed item which I had forgotten to order. This kept items in the same order and provided free shipping. No hassle and was taken care of on a Saturday evening.

Yes
It makes mounting the unit heater much easier. I couldn't get my Big Maxx heater level with the mount but it's pretty close. I'd say that's the only downfall of this piece.

Worked great for the 75000 btu heater. I would not recommend it for the 125000 btu heater. Not substantial enough.
