Second unit worked good
First one broke 5 seconds after I turn on the water, had to exchange for new one, the second one worked great! Easy return process through supply house!

Literal garbage
I bought this from a local supplier. Just wanted to vent. This unit has been giving us a lot of issues. You need to use a faucet with an aerators that's less than 0.5 GPM. Are you kidding me? I can pee harder than that

would not buy again
thought i could replace a 5 gal hot water heater for a small office and without the nozzle restrictor it wouldn't work didn't work for my application. probably would work for an individual sink. supply house was great with its return and ordered a conventional hot water heater.
