Great Equipment: Solved Our Long Wait to Get Hot Water
We have a tankless water heater that we bought to replace our two 50 gallon water heaters that kept 100 gallons of water hot every minute of every day, etc. They finally died after 14 years of use. We could not get hot water from them to our kitchen sink/dishwasher in less than 15 minutes. Yes, what a waster of water and money. We replaced them with a tankless system that is very efficient but we still had to wait for hot water to the kitchen. I finally had this eemax heater installed under my kitchen sink and now have instant hot water! No more waiting and smaller water bills! Very nice unit and low price for a quality heater.

Hot water foe 15 seconds then luke warm
I installed my EMT 2.5 water heated a couple days ago, Set at 125 degrees I get hot water for a few seconds, then it quickly turns to luke warm. I have even throttled down the flow down to less than a gallon a minute... Either something is wrong with the dip tube in unit causing the cold water coming in to mix with the already heated water or it just is a bad design.I will be contacting Eemax on Monday to see if there is a problem with my unit..I can only get about a quart of hot water before it turns to luke warm water.

Installed as a booster for a kitchen sink…sink had a long pipe run taking too long for hot water to get to it….easy install and fast recovery…. Nice little water heater.

Perfect for the job.
Nice little point of use heater in my hobby shop. Does everything i need it to do. I don't set the heat very high and I just turn on the hot to wash my hands and it is plenty warm.
