Nice ERV, the right size for a large THOW

Product is fine…but
They sent me the wrong product first, which was a very expensive and very heavy (65lbs)tool, that was a total hassle to return, then when the ERV arrived it was not in any over pack, the box was beat up and the door to the ERV had been popped off because there was almost no packing material in the manufactures box. Overall not really any hassle with customer service other than it being more laborious than it needed to be, but receiving an expensive unit in a beat up box is a bad look.
