Works perfectly
I bought too large of an exhaust fan…produced way too much duct noise. This was a great workaround fix. Dial the speed down to an acceptable noise level and voila!
Easy to install. Great directions.

Works well
It seems to work well. It DOES have an adjustment for the minimum speed. I haven't played with this yet, but I'm glad to know it's there.
It starts from OFF, then as you turn it it's on HIGH, then as you turn it further it goes lower and lower to the minimum setting. Large heat sink, so I'm sure it stays cool. Looks good.

best deal on market,no body beat this price work fine for me
i used this for a range hood . bought the one factory replacement but when it connect it blown, i google it found one on supply house bought , cut both side .work fine. i do recoment this.
