Yes that control will work.
Hi, I am not an expert but it depends if the blower motor is rated for a variable speed control. I quickly looked at fireplace vent less blowers and a lot of them come with a variable speed switches. This variable switch is rated at 5 amps, (600 watts) so the blower amp/watt rating cannot exceed the 5 amps. My guess is it should work as long as the motor amps do not exceed 5 amps.
Yes, the variable controller has a 5amp limit. The fan mentioned is 1.5 amp and is fully controllable according to data sheet.
I have mine running a Fantech FG4XL so I'd assume it should work. It works great on mine!
Yes, it is. I used it on a Fantech 6" centrifugal fan mounted in the attic and it worked fine. The same type motor is used in the RVF6XL exhaust fan so it should work fine.
Will control the fan so long as the maximum opeating load is 110 - 120 volts and the fan does not draw more than 10 amps.
