- Flexible ribs form a tight, positive seal to the inside of the drain pipe
- NO MORE GUESSING if there is a seal with the bottom of the toilet like with wax rings

Seems like a much better seal then the wax used in the past. If bowl loosens a drop still sealed.

So far, so good.
I've had wax seal problems due to proir addition of flooring finishes without an adjustment to the flange height. After trying several options, I found this item. It's installed and I'm happy with the result.

Leakless seal
Great for broken flanges in that situation where you can't depend on a wax seal. Clean the bottom of the toilet (very good) for the glue to stick. You won't come back on this one.
