The lamp arrived intact.Packaged well. It works!
This was my first purchase from Supplyhouse.com. I am very pleased. I had doubts purchasing something so fragile but the lamp was packed very well and there was no damage. It arrived in a timely manner as well. This product is simple to re-install if the lamp device is already mounted. Make sure you switch off the power prior to replacing and wear gloves so you don't touch the lamp as the oil from your hands will shorten the life of the bulb.
I intend to consider this company for future purchases of HVAC related product.

Great service from Supplyhouse, not so great product.
The first 5 (yes, FIVE) bulbs I brought all had very obviously broken filaments upon arrival. Each time I applied for a return, Supplyhouse took the bulbs back and sent new ones without a problem. Upon receiving bulbs nos. 6 & 7 (finally not broken!), I found that the FieldControls unit itself is not working, despite only being a year old. Maybe Supplyhouse will help with that too, since I bought it here, but bottom line is Supplyhouse's customer service is great, but this FieldControls product is not the best.

Definitely not
I received the product and did not work so I started a replacement process. The replacement did not come at the home address but rather I was asked to go pick it up at a UPS store, which for my circumstances wasn't possible. I requested a refund and today it has been 20 days and I still have not received the refund. The headache of going back and forth and the delay of refund is why I am giving it 1 star.

Excellent customer and technical service. I discovered that my UV-Aire ballast also failed and I was able to have that replaced under warranty after being directed to the manufacturer to diagnose the problem.
