As long as the model numbers match up, you can use this pump. 1 HP pumps are generally not used in residential applications and we have no record that this pump ever featured that capability.
Part # 52722342 has the same specifications as this pump, the 52722341. You should be able to use this pump as a replacement.
Part #: 52722342 is made for Grainger, however they have the same exact specifications as the 52722341. Essentially, there is no difference between the two.
