Grundfos Pumps is proud to bring the comfort and savings of hot water recirculation to the existing homes market with the Comfort Series Instant Hot Water System. The Comfort System includes a Grundfos UP15-10SU7/TLC circulator and the revolutionary Comfort Valve. The stainless steel circulator, complete with timer and 10-foot power cord, is installed directly to the hot water discharge on the water heater. The Comfort Valve is installed under the sink at the fixture furthest from the water heater, and the system uses the existing cold water line to return hot water to the water heater.
The Comfort System is designed to give homeowners the added comfort and convenience of instant hot water and reduce the amount of wasted water. Unlike our competitor's products, there are no pumps under sinks (and thus no power required under sinks), no return lines required, and no buttons to push. Set the timer on the Grundfos pump and stop waiting for hot water.

Hi George, thanks for writing in. Yes, this can be used with a tankless water heater if you have a recirculation line plumbed into your system.
All products from our site are brand new.
Yes, the Comfort Hot Water Recirculation pump may be used with multiple thermal by-pass valves. This set-up would be required when the home has a branched hot water line.
You should confirm with the manufacturer of your tankless heater, as some manufacturers void or cut your warranty in half is used w a recirculator pump.
The pump should be able to handle such a distance, as explained in the installation manual "For the greatest effect, the valve should be located at a faucet with the greatest piping distance from the hot water heater." If your home has a branched hot water line, more than one valve may be necessary
Yes two comfort valves can be used with the one pump that is not a problem.
If there is a recirculation line installed, the UP15-10SU7P/TLC and Comfort Valve are not the best choice. This system is designed for homes that do not have a dedicated return line. The best course of action would be to replace the non-functioning pump.
There is no problem using this pump in a system with a well pump and tank.
The manual states: 1. Set the timer switch to the actual time by turning the programming ring in the direction of the arrow until the timing arrow points to the actual time on the ring. 2. Plug in the power cord from the circulator and set the manual switch to the "ON" position. The circulator will now start. 3. Set the required "ON"/"OFF" times on the programming ring by pushing the programming tabs either away from or toward the center of the ring. Tabs pushed away from the center indicate the circulator is switched "ON" while tabs pushed toward the center indicate the circulator is switched "OFF". 4. Set the manual switch to the "TIMER"position. The circulator will now start/ stop according to the settings of the programming tabs.
Yes two comfort valves can be used with the one pump that is not a problem.
