This seal did noting and now i have to change my whole pump because its still leaking and does not even seem like the correct seal.

I replaced all the seals in my scala 2 and it still leaked. There's a great online video tutorial. But unfortunately the scala 2 is a piece of crap and Grundfos has zero tech support for the end user. I bought a Davey. They have awesome tech support and real humans to speak to. It's a much higher quality pump. Done waste your time. Buy a Davey and throw your plastic one away. Shame on grundfos. Supply house.com support is awesome BTW

Just what I needed, called Groundfos about leak and I got no return emails or calls. Then instead of waiting until situation got bad I looked at a YouTube video and thought yeah easy enough I can rebuild myself and probably save lots of money and I was so right. Thanks Supplyhouse y'all clutch. **Side note: Groundfos is a bad pump according to reviews they only last about 1 1/2 to 2 years before they start leaking but I'm willing to buy replacements parts and do it myself.

The stationary seat (#103) received with the kit is not the same as the original - the kit seat is round while the original has ears (that are designed to key into in a seat on the pump body.

Kudos to this company for providing this part, and at a great price. I have a Scala2 pump that was leaking around the shaft seal (water will leak from the screen on the bottom). The ceramic seal in listing's picture matched the one in my pump, looking like this: < O>. However, you will receive a a kit that includes that part shaped only as a doughnut: O. The early pumps had some issues and were redesigned. If you have the early version pump like I did, the manufacturer might replace it for you. You won't be able to get the seal for that one anymore < O>. If you have the new version of the pump, order from here because it is a fair price. Take yours apart and make sure that your seal is perfectly round, because that's what you will get with this kit (not what is pictured in the listing). Supply House should update their listing photo to reflect what they are currently selling.
