The Grundfos JP PS 16-10-187 is a high-performance self-priming centrifugal jet pump designed for water transfer, well pumping, and pressure boosting applications. With its integrated pressure switch, the pump automatically starts and stops based on water demand, making it ideal for residential water supply systems, irrigation, and groundwater applications. Built for durability, this pump features a corrosion-resistant stainless steel housing (AISI 304) and a composite impeller, ensuring long-lasting performance in demanding environments. The self-priming design with built-in ejector and guide vanes delivers excellent suction capability, with a lifting capacity of up to 8 ft., even when handling air-liquid mixtures. For improved system efficiency and comfort, the JP PS pump is compatible with a diaphragm pressure tank, which helps reduce water hammer, maintain stable pressure, and extend pump life.

Exchange of Grundfos Shallow Well Pump
I ordered the pump completely through the website. It showed up within 3 days even though the Site stated between 5-7 business days. We found the diaphragm was ruptured so we returned it. The Supply House stood behind the pump and made the exchange so easy. We received the second pump within 2 days from our return process! I put the bad pump back in its original packaging and returned it through UPS with a prepaid shipping label. While discovering a nonfunctional item isn't optimal, this entire experience was enough to keep doing business with SupplyHouse.com and to highly recommend them to everyone who needs a well pump.

I would not buy this product again.
The pump is just as loud as the old one that had a broken bearing. If there is a way I can return it and get a better one that is not as loud, that would be awesome.

Great brand, great pump.
The pump is quieter than the one I replaced and was a breeze to install. Customer support from SupplyHouse was excellent and made the purchase that much easier.

I would not buy this product again.
The pump is just as loud as the old one that had a broken bearing. If there is a way I can return it and get a better one that is not as loud, that would be awesome.

Excellent Experience
The Supply House will be my first choice should I need additional residential well equipment. My first pump may have been faulty and the crew at the Supply House quickly provided a replacement. Once properly installed, I once again had my irrigation system back on line. As a non-plumbing professional, the installation was quick and easy. I'm still working through the correct settings for pressure regulation, and wish there was better instructions from Grundfos on how to make that happen.
